A wonderful golden wild flower honey, sweet and complex flavour, our raw natural honey is spun directly from the honeycomb, coarsely filtered and then bottled, nothing added or taken away and no heat treatment. Enjoy the taste of the summer, amplified by the enormously diverse nectar sources found in our beautiful wild Pembrokeshire countryside, much of it protected, where you can still find many rare and ancient flower types in the meadows, hedgerows and woodlands. Extracted at different times of the year to make the most of these nectars and to develop wider flavours.
