Pollen

Bee Pollen is a pellet of field gathered pollen packed by worker bees and used as the primary
food source for the young.. One teaspoon would take he equivalent of one bee working eight
hours a day for one month to gather and contains over 2.5 billion grains of flower pollen. Our
beekeepers will take only a little of the excess from the hive without harming the bees or
disturbing their routine.

People commonly take as a holistic remedy or for nutrition, appetite
stimulant and to improve athletic performance ,many believe there are many health effects, but
there is no good scientific evidence for this. Take a teaspoonful daily, preferably with fruit. Not
suitable for pregnant or nursing women or people with allergies.
